Been looking for this vid, watched it a while back and thought id havea crack... Basically, as I began adding players, chemistry between two players next to each other dropped to 7? Example I had a GK and two CBs who were all Croatian and from Polska Liga. Then i added Belgian RB and RM, all cards were on 9 except RCB and RB who dropped to 7? All players in correct position and formation
