It is interesting that you are saying that they are making you pay for blank channels. According to time warner they are planning on reimbursing their customers because of viacom. And if you would read the information about this viacom is trying to make your bill go up. It doesn't matter by how much it goes up this is not going to stop if the company just gives into this demand. It will continue again and again. This is an old problem between viacom and every cable company.

hows is it a problem and its only happening with 2 companies out of like at least 6others: comcast,directv,dish,charter,a­t&t,verizon fios and those companies hold a big piece of viacom success so why get made at viacom if they gave you those channels over the years on the low.....thats like giving Your friend a discount on Your valued product then gets accustomed to the discount and wont pay you for what your product is worth...blame TWC
