You're missing why the government has ruled so correctly. it is because India is a secular state and is prohibited by the written word in the constitution to show bias or prejudice to any Faith in particular.

Wow. The idea that a series of paintings could rouse a series of legal battles is crazy to me. India you are such a strange country. Paintings only have the power you allow them to possess. I don't see anyone forcing art upon the viewer. You can always look the other way. It is a matter of choice and free will to participate.
