What are you people talking about? It's not like they walked up into the spillway water or something. They're clearly standing next to where the spillway water is coming out and using the camera to look into the tunnel. Anyone can do that. I'm not saying that it's not an awesome video, as it is pretty cool. That water coming out isn't that deep, either. It doesn't even look to be half of a foot deep. Now, what I would be most scared of is..a sudden wall of water from a flash flood further up.
