i was playing ultimate with a bunch of friends, and this one kid got his toes dislocated, the best part was he got upset cuz he had caught the frisbee at the time but we had to stop playing to get him checked out.

keep in mind this is a rec version of ultimate (i play in this league) and is not a very serious league. At the highest level, ultimate frisbee is extremely intense. look up "Ultimate clips..." and Rhino ultimate videos to see a different version of the game

I play as a handler in our team or as one of the handlers most of the time...love how the game is being played...we actually play it for hours, I think 3-4 hours of play...we do not feel the heat of the sun or the exhaustion from the game...we love playing it without realizing the time...such a lovely sport...love the disc, love the throw, love the catch, love the game...diiiiiiiiiiiiisc plaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay...

this video was really good for beginners, not saying i am one, but it shows everything everyone needs to know about the game. good vid. and i'm only a freshman and i'm short but they really explained well in this video that it doesn't matter how tall you are. I can get over guys who are 5'10'' and i'm only 5'2'' so it really doesn't matter how tall you are. thanks for the vid guys.

hey i have a question, what happens if the cutter and the defender catches the disk at the same time and they're both holding the disk, will it be a turnover? or the disk will remain to the team who made the pass?
