Ok so the problem was just my graphic card... solved with a pc upgrade. This is my new rig:

AMD Athlon II x2 250 OC @ 3.5 GHz

Ati Radeon HD 4650 1 GB

1 GB Ram

try replacing the gtasa.exe file, go to google and type in Download GTASA.exe and click the first link. scroll down and click download and wait 12 seconds save the files to you desktop. open Local C:/ or D:/ and go into program files/rockstargames/gtasanandr­eas and drag the downloaded exe on your desktop into the folder. it will ask you to copy and replace click yes or click copy and replace.and it should work.

CURE:

I have tried everything, deleting gta.set files, document files all that, running as admin on xp, disabling windows event logger, and more, none of that worked.

BUT download and install the "No cd" crack and thats it, it runs did that today, runs perfectly no problems at all.

Just google "grand theft auto san andreas no cd crack", unrar, copy and paste that over the original GTA SA folder in program files, and your done.

Let me know if this works for you too.

its not his video card... or his graphic card... you need to download a patch. and if that doesnt work. then you need to download CRASH free patch an if that doesnt work then try right clickin the game and going to properties and then run the game in Windows 98+ if that doesnt work... then l0l... it maybe your GC or your VC but i doubt it.. try downloading direct X9 or directx10 also download JAVA. IF THAT DOESNT WORK! THEN TRY OVERCLOCKING YOUR GC OR YOUR VC BUT NOT TOO HIGH!! OR IT WILL BLOWUP
