Ok everyone who keeps complaining about how it's a beauty and the beast rip off, don't make an opinion on it until you've read the book. Plus, there are plenty of modern takes on fairy tales, so there's really no problem. But whatever. Everyone gets their own opinion. And mine is that this is one of my favorite books, and it looks like they did a pretty good job.

This is one of my favorite books and I'm really excited for the movie. But I don't agree with how they're potraying Kyle's character. He is suppose to be beast like not look like a punk with too many tattoos and some unfortunate scars. And although Vanessa is a great actress, I don't feel like she fits as Lindy. For one, Lindy is supposed to be a red head.

this is a flop waiting to happen...i feel bad for vanessa, while zach's being built up to be the next tom cruise she's beginning to fade. she should try doing independent films, which r more mature, grown up, and are about the art of film not about fame and notority. sometimes lower budget, non-mainstream films bring more sucess than teeny bopper, tanks in the box office
