It is equally easy to ko martial artist as civilian since anatomy is same for everybody. Second. why do you think it is called off-guard? Because you are not in your guard. Not being in your guard means you are not capable of defence, therefore one punch can be made and as I told you earlyer one clean punch is everything you need.
