At least he remakes it a thousand times better than the original. Plus, he probably got permission. I know he credits his work with 'Bu De Bu Ai' by writing the original artist at the bottom of the MV. Artists, whether they use with traditional mediums (eg.oil painting) or modern (musical); as long as they find it as inspiration and create it as their own...it's legal. I mean, you don't see Ashley Tisdale being called a 'thief' for stealing the 'Zoom' song by that Thai women.
