You should use Photoshop,AND YES IT IS FOR WINDOWS! :D

I use it myself to animate and it is very easy. :D I bought it but you can get Photoshop CS4 off the internet becuase adobe really wouldnt care about it now that CS5 is out. :)

i believe Flash is for both and it was only like $50 when i last saw it. Not too expensive but not too cheap either.

i hate doing that to there is a site that has gimp tutorials on it ull have to google it first. after you do a couple youll start to want to experiment for yourself. thats what happened to me although i still dont know much about it, dont even kno how to animate with it either -.-

Wow... for such a small file, there seems to be alot more bells and whistles to this GIMP program than i though... love how you were able to achieve such a sketchy pencile effect and also trace over with reletive, you my friend are truely gifted with a mouse. if mice were guns, you`d probably be starring in that Wanted movie lol... you should really consider investing in a tablet tho, you`d be able to crank out your animations much quicker, cause god knows you have subscribers patiently waiting

is that a fact...maybe i shuld get a tablet then. but before that i got to actually animate. right now i'm storyboarding so i haven't animated in a while. but i think i'd animate just as quickly with or without a tablet. i just need to do the animating part. i apoligize to my subscribers
