What would America’s music be like if African people never came? There would have been no Rock N Roll, no Jazz, no Blues, no Hip hop, no Rhythm & Blues, no Barbershop music, etc. Rock n roll was invented by black Americans and whites only commercialized it giving the awful impression that they invented rock n roll. Rock n roll has its roots in Africa.
in the beggining of the video when the guitar starts i already knew it was fuckin hendrix and it was the first time i listen to that song, badass guitarrist
They really should release this show on DVD. I'm guessing that there are copyright issues of some sort, but they really should. I am still glad that my family taped all ten parts of it.
Where can I get this on DVD? I can't find this on Ebay or Amazon. They just have the dumb "The History of Rock N' Rock" im looking for "Rock N' Roll".
Download it with Real Player, Convert the file and burn it to a disc. nobody buys anything anymore. 4:04 this guy does 3 different impersonations 1. the average guy 2. The old white guy (who was probably racist) and 3. The black caller. and it was good to, the vocie, how he sounded.
this brings memorys.wlac nashvjlle tenn,50000 watts clear channel.you would have thought this would have been a country music station.i listoned to john r ( john richbourg) in 58&59 play rythm&blues &sell baby chicks and randys records galinton tenn.i was 18 yrs old.
