Godzilla has been killed countless times, but a different event in an altered past, or an alternate reality causes a bigger, better godzilla to come along.

@BlueAuraEX Lovecraft's monsters win over Godzilla IMO. Shame there wasn't more of them and I was pleased to see Cthulu as number one. I think the following phrase that has been used in Lovecraft's work sums up Cthulus size/appearance: When the creature finally appears...the phrase "a mountain walked or stumbled" gives a sense of the creature's scale. Godzy won't win against a moving mountain high priest ;)

@Danb71832 I suppose size can mean a lot but do remember there's been many feats showing the larger beings can sometimes be too big, making it hard for them to win at times. Heck, look Marvel Vs. Capcom 3. XD I mean, my god, what? Normal-sized people, against a god bigger than Earth in ten-times height and size?....Yeah~ XD I dunno though. Religious beings are quite powerful, and Godzilla's really just a big movie monster badass. Still though, Godzilla's pretty effing amazing at times.

@bacon2boy I think the Alien Queen would win given her acidic blood. If the Host Monster rips open her skin, then it gets acid burns. And though the Host Monster is quite agile and has an intimidating appearance, Alien Queen is a Silicon Based life form, that looks simply horrific and is incredibly aggressive. I can't recall the rest of Gwomeul's abilities as I haven't seen the movie in ages, but I think all of it's abilities can be one upped by the Alien Queen.
