3 weeks ago i was on my way to work, i work on a building site, and the car in front hit a pheasant. I picked it up, and when i got to work, plucked and gutted it. If an animal gets sick it gets treated and tend to until it recovers, and if the animal dies during it's treatment then there is still medicine in it so the animal does not go in stores, however if the animal recovers there is a withholding time to assure food safety.
