Excuse me, this is your boss, uh, typing. Please limit your fighting moves in the office, sir. You are scaring your co-workers. Seriously though, nice moves. Keep up the videos please. Thanks.
He is just being as I call it cinematic style kicking... movie star kicks I would like to see him do his forms in test mode.. I bet it would look much better.. snappier kicks, crisper punches.. but all in all he has good form....
You have got awesome flexibility but I don't understand why u don't get speed and balance in your kicks!don't get me wrong Shaun,I really like your kung fu hand movement but u gotta improve your kicks....
@Flash4712 Nowhere in the martial arts way does it say one must move fast at all times. Moving slow is good practice for muscular and flexibility control. A lot of balance is required to move slowly. But it's even harder to do for this guy, since he is executing his kicks with a damaged knee. His kung fu may be fun to watch but his martial roots begin with Tae Kwon Do, Karate, and Muai-Thai. Though given his knee damage, speed is a thing of the past for him.
WHAT NOW MOTORCYCLE! I'MA KICK YO ASS! little blue bitch, don't know 'bout my sweet jump kicks

@DPXEntertainment As Ed Parker Jr. says: "If you can't do it slow, don't do it fast."
