@tucubanito305 Not as hard to believe as you might think, especially in the 1/8. I've got an 01 GT and have beaten more than one stock 04 Terminators with nothing more than a cold air intake, BBK long tube headers, O/R X pipe and flow master cat back. Fastest time with MT was an 8.42, now ive got a built motor stroked to a 5.0 and a Kenne Bell 14psi making 532rwhp. You can check out my vids before i built the motor and only had the KB and 7.7psi 0-145 in 14sec spinning in second
ok now to be honest with you the cobra driver suck at drivin he spun almost the hole track i ran 9.2's at that time i recently ran 8.8 with my gt....now from a rool a bone stock cobra will put bus length on my and from the hole too but in an 1/8 of mile anything is possible if you get a a good 60ft (i run 2.0) its just to short to determine a good race....and i doubt that you with an intake exhaust mach 1 will pull a bone stock cobra a car....so get ur facts rights
@tucubanito305 Nice run. I run around a 9.0 all day and occasionally dip down low. My best was an 8.71 on street tires. I can outrun Cobras in the 1/8 but after that they absolutely fly. Nice run.
im gonna be honest with you, no amount of luck in the world will let a basically stock 00 gt outrun a termi. I just recently upgraded from a v6 to a 2004 mach 1. I have raced against cobras in it and they win by half a car or so. and thats a bone stock cobra vs my car with intake and exhuast... i smoke GTs man by 3 or 4 lengths so i really honestly doubt that you truly outrun a 2003 cobra. maybe on a video game....
I have a buddy with an 03 and he blows the doors off my car and I'll beat any mustang gt with intake and exhaust but nice ride by the way they sound mean as hell

thats the new track in homestead-miami speedway, there's no track prep there and its pretty new. I'd say you were very lucky and the cobra didn't have the driver mod.
