Hagerstown used to be a railroad giant. Now they're focusing on their "Arts and Entertainment" district when they should be focusing on lowering Bluesfest prices and revisiting their Civil War history. Tsk tsk. But hey, there's always the Gourmet Goat to go to, right? They've got good bagels. Gourmet Goat I, that is.
