That song is "No Easy Way Out" by Robert Tepper off the Rocky IV soundtrack. Rocky drives his Lamborghini Jalpa very fast in the movie while this song plays. Actually the best part in the movie to me.

i love all of his vette videos. they are all awesome and very well done. but i found one flaw in this one. at 1:03 its supposed to be during a driving scene, an inside shot of the guy driving the car. but it looks like the e-brake is pulled up and the RPM and KMH are at 0
