@Jefyzz Well the closest representation I have on that is the 14x5 s-classix which is the same shell as a birch thin sq2 vs the maple light designer 14x5, which is roughly a maple medium sq2 shell

@pescalante2 True! And that drum is pleasnantly inexpensive for a German made Sonor. It's an INCREDIBLE drum. If I heard correctly, it's one of the best if not THE best selling drum in Sonor's history!

Always love your videos and the drums in this are indeed POAAARN! Been considering an acrylic snare for over a year now and seeing your collection makes me want one even more. Can't decide on a 14x5 or something mental like your 14x8. How do you find the 8" deep one?

@RoanRash Thanks man! The XRays are awesome, now I haven't played any shallower ones, all of mine are super deep. However, with the shell being inherently brighter, the depth adds some warmth and a deep punch to it that really blends well with what the shell naturally does. Being completely in love with my 14x8 I'd say that depth is a must on those drums.

I want to get an XRay kit at some point. I'm going to go reverse, shallow toms for cutting through tech. I have enough super resonant kits.

@milesmetkodrums27 I've been on the artist roster since 2007. Snares I got pre-endorsement were the two S-Classix snares, the 12x5 Designer, 13x7 Artist and the Maple Medium SQ2. I think that's about it.
