i have 2002 sierra reg cab stepside V8 2wd........right now ist stock except for cat back gibson , cold air intake and superchips programmer...plan is to pull enigne rebuild with a .60 thou bore job...new cam from crane..port polish stock heads with a slight increase in nalves size and 3 angle grind job.off course a supercharger.and replace stock auto tranny and rear end with a 6 speed manual shift and rear from a camaro ss. and a full hotchkis suspension.ruck goes in this winter.vid to follow

well, first thing to go is your air filter. k&n or afe is the best way to go. Canadian tire or part-source carry those brands. depending on you budget, you could look into a cold air intake kit (afe usually gives more power than k&n (4-8hp), k&n a little cheaper...your choice ) next you could look at low friction pulleys for your engine accessories. synthetic oil is a given for engine and transmission. you could also consider putting synthetic oil in your differentials. headers too if you want..
