The percentage sign is for the 3GS but if you have a jailbroken iphone 3G you can use cydia to download the software to do the same thing

i think there was a 3.0 bug related to the one where a different icon appears for an application. one of the bugs on mine was every so often, the album artwork for an artist would get messed up so my ac/dc albums would have jethro tull artwork. and then my jethro tull songs weren't copied onto my ipod. it was really annoying.

I'm disappointed with apples slow craw for additional features on iphone. Shouldn't we be able to have a ring tone option for text messages if we choose to. They brag how many iphone's they have sold, okay good, now get on the ball and do something with the software. I think a lot of things can be organized better, as with trying to toggle bluetooth on/off and wifi; I find it a pain in the ass to do so.

When I had a Razr, all I had to do was hit a button on my bluetooth to get my voice control to work on my phone, not having to hit any button on the phone. Why is apple so far behind the common features when it comes to it's cell phone. I had a 3G, and now a 3GS, so don't think I hate iphones, I LOVE my iphone. It does so much more than my past phones could even dream of doing. I just wish it would be a good phone first, and internet device and ipod second.
