I think he's talented but he obviously doesn't have training and his intonation is REALLY off at times...I cringed at least twice. However, I gotta say...LOVE Qaadir and have watched all his videos. I think his voice is OK but it really needs some work. I do agree the intonation is bad but i disagree that it's not his calling, if he likes doing it, he should do it. He has raw talent but has a long way to go.
