It's great that you've enjoyed it and have been able to see it as unique.

But, to me, it comes across as very modeled after the Beatles (Lennon in particular) and some other classic artists like Pink Floyd and Bowie.

There isn't necessarily anything wrong with that though.

every musician has influences, even the beatles. Lennon got sued for modeling 'come together' after chuck berry, made fun of for copying Dylan with 'norweigan wood'.every artist has an influence which inspires them.even the greats you feel shouldn't be appreciated in that way.
