1996 Olympic Road Race

I always found it strange that not everybody was wearing a helmet in this race. I thought they were Mandatory in N. America by this point.

I remember being there and seeing Armstrong frustrated because the chase group wasn't working hard enough to chase down his teammate Frankie Andreu.
