I counted five guys outside of the car at one point. At an average 170lbs each, if they all got into the trunk, he would have had an extra 850lbs over the rear wheels. He probably would have made it up the hill. About six of us did that once on ice in the trunk of a '75 Olds Delta 88. It worked great.
