WHAT?!?!?! I'm a little confused. It's very traffic a young girl died in an accident but what does that have to do with giving her a diploma? Are they trying to change a University policy that awards all students who died before graduation a degree?

@rachmaniralf The whole idea was to ask for an exception from normal university in order to award her a diploma. This was mainly to help the family through the grieving process. Student Government failed to pass a resolution for it but I am still working on ways to recognize students who pass away. If you have any ideas id be glad to hear them

I didn't know her well in the end, but I remember her well from elementary school. I couldn't believe it was her when I heard about that wreck. She was a very good person and always nice to everyone. It's not fair how good people are leaving this world so early. I feel for her family and close friends. RIP Bethany.

Bethany you have no idea how much you influenced those around you. I was only a aquantince/friend with you from junior high but your death has put a passion in me to see your families dream fullfilled. I will fight to get your diploma. Looking at this video makes me see the impact we can have on people simply by knowing them. I know you are in a better place now and I know we will meet again. I am so glad to have known you. @kevinhmiles You have no idea man I am glad to have talked with you and hear some of the stories about you and bethany when you were partners in your class. I just wish I had taken the time to connect more with her as a friend before she died.
