i have a 4door mk1 2.6 V6 saloon that has been lowered, put on 17" low profile tires, repainted in candyred with two silver viperstripes, the car is in mint condition and is a dream to drive , i will never sell it:D

In 1980 l traded in a white 2.0 V6 coupe with a brown vinyl top from a collegue at work for my old Peugeot 504 diesel.

The engine was busted, but l knew a garage where they had a 3.0 Capri that was totally crashed at the back

For a 1000 Dutch guilders the engine and 5 speed gearbox ot he new (!) but crashed Capri was put into it.

Made a VERY handsome profit when selling it 3 weeks later.

Great car, but also a gas hog.

@b757cp we did get the coupe version in the UK ! it wasnt as curvy as the european but we did get it, the red car at 0:47 is a UK model, we didnt get the 2 door saloon though ( that would've been a good Crayford ) theres a coupe in the video for 'Park life' by Blur too : )

It was one of many vehicles I should liked to have owned.

Funny how the rest have become history... yet the Granada Coupe still looks DAMB GOOD !
