Yes, it's a shame. Youtube had to do so, because the fragment of Miss World is edited with "The most beautiful girl in the world"-song, so there were copyright issues here. It's a shame, coz she tells all about how she became Miss Holland and Miss World. The interview is in Dutch, so not everyone would benefit from it, though.
