Practice moving meditation. You can reach a meditative state while running, walking, swimming... lifting weights, riding the bus, etc. You can meditate while doing the dishes. I read one book that had over 350 pages all with different ways to meditate on different topics.
You can start by just focusing on your breath. Deep inhales from the stomach and up, then exhales back down to the stomach. Even if you cant completely silence the mind (distractions) focus on proper breathing

My first encounter with this song today, during Tai Ji practice, our teacher played this song because the students were too fast on the Tai Ji movements. Strange enough, with this music, we played slower and smooth on our Tai Ji movement, and we feel calm. Everyone of us likes it. Heard the name of the song is called "Han Shan Si" (Han Shan temple, 寒山寺)

How can I raise my energy to the level where I can store it and use it for creative purposes, rather than destroying it for malicious, self-indulgent motives?
Can you please help me, I too have had experiences in lucid dreaming- I was able to maintain consciousness for a minute or so every night, but only when I went to sleep with thought of Jesus and his love, and his Divine love offered me the opportunity to travel, and to learn. Now, I'm 15, and the experiences have stopped as a result of a drainage of sexual energy, as caused by impure thoughts and onanism.
If you do get control during a dream (which is still a form of projection but the subconscious mind has control, which is not what we want), then keep the body sleeping while attempting to either go fully lucid using clarity affirmations or induce the vibrations by spinning, or focusing on the third eye and going totally deeper for a full body exit.
Either way will still require that the physical body be sleeping.
So many of us demand answers and results now, but there is no race to spirituality, advancement, or knowledge. It will happen as you are ready, not as you demand it. Relax. Allow yourself to enjoy the process and go to sleep. In fact, even allow yourself to slip into a dream. The ONLY difference is that for projection, you mentally check back every so often so that you don't totally lose yourself in a dream to the point where you can't take control of your consciousness mind. Much Love =)
They are not "bad", but instead are judged that way because they are hurt, confused, afraid, shamed, and so forth. When they leave this physical life, they have a chance to heal before they begin another. People also get to see the wrongs they have done to others, and I hear this is a very painful process. When you finish your physical earth cycle, you will go to the next plane of existence, never to return to earth (unless you chose to in order to teach, lead, heal, etc.)
Hi Nijashinobi. How nice that you experience sleep paralysis. I have read that it is one of the first steps to OBE. Even if there are vampires from other planes they probably cant do anything to you because you vibrate on and towards different life vibration. However if you ask for it you will get it. Be loving and mindless and nothing bad will happen to you.

@Reptarkoto my friend. i am also a follower of christ, but you must understand that all is one and one is all. religion is not meant to harm as we all have the principle basis of love. it is all in the mind of the person whether something is good or bad, dont believe in good and evil as a written word but feel it with your heart, and youll know what is truly good or bad.

My first encounter with this song today, during Tai Ji practice, our teacher played this song because the students were too fast on the Tai Ji movements. Strange enough, with this music, we played slower and smooth on our Tai Ji movement, and we feel calm. Everyone of us likes it. Heard the name of the song is called "Han Shan Si" (Han Shan temple, 寒山寺)

i love this music so much, when my grandma died this was played as she lay to rest at home the day before her funeral, its so soothing and comforting!, helped me at hard times :) It's always being played at my house, the atmosphere at home is so peaceful when this is on playing low.

Can you please help me, I too have had experiences in lucid dreaming- I was able to maintain consciousness for a minute or so every night, but only when I went to sleep with thought of Jesus and his love, and his Divine love offered me the opportunity to travel, and to learn. Now, I'm 15, and the experiences have stopped as a result of a drainage of sexual energy, as caused by impure thoughts and onanism.

If you do get control during a dream (which is still a form of projection but the subconscious mind has control, which is not what we want), then keep the body sleeping while attempting to either go fully lucid using clarity affirmations or induce the vibrations by spinning, or focusing on the third eye and going totally deeper for a full body exit.
Either way will still require that the physical body be sleeping.

So many of us demand answers and results now, but there is no race to spirituality, advancement, or knowledge. It will happen as you are ready, not as you demand it. Relax. Allow yourself to enjoy the process and go to sleep. In fact, even allow yourself to slip into a dream. The ONLY difference is that for projection, you mentally check back every so often so that you don't totally lose yourself in a dream to the point where you can't take control of your consciousness mind. They are not "bad", but instead are judged that way because they are hurt, confused, afraid, shamed, and so forth. When they leave this physical life, they have a chance to heal before they begin another. People also get to see the wrongs they have done to others, and I hear this is a very painful process. When you finish your physical earth cycle, you will go to the next plane of existence, never to return to earth (unless you chose to in order to teach, lead, heal, etc.)

Hi Nijashinobi. How nice that you experience sleep paralysis. I have read that it is one of the first steps to OBE. Even if there are vampires from other planes they probably cant do anything to you because you vibrate on and towards different life vibration. However if you ask for it you will get it. Be loving and mindless and nothing bad will happen to you.
