I think it's pretty safe to discount 'Harry Lawson'. If he was 9'2" then he did a pretty good Job of hiding himself away. In fact any unsubstantiated claims sholud be dismissed. Circuses always claimed their Giants taller than they actually were, any actually measured were all much shorter than claimed. They human body just isn't meant to be that big.

Harry Lawson - 9'2" (279.40 cm)
The photo was originally published in a 1970's newspaper with the caption: "He's Harry Lawson at 9' 2" who wears size 37 shoes" It is the same man, the infamous Harry Lawson. Better known as Gabriel Monjane, because that is who it is in this photo. So nearly 40 years after the haux started it is finally solved. Mystery solved!

@zadeh79 Of course, I've heard of Suparwono. In fact, I've commented on a few of the vids of him already! I am somewhat doubtful of that man's height, though. Not sure if he is legitimately that tall since one of the measurements of him I saw the measuring tape clearly at 7 feet at around his nose! If he was 7'11" the 7 foot mark would be much closer to his chin than nose!

there is no evidence that John Middleton was 9'3'', is not true that harry Lawson was thetallest in history, no one was taller than Robert Wadlow. top tallest is now sultan Kösen 8'1'', the highest boy brenden adams is taller than Wadlow as he was at his age!!

@nathanlulu that black dude is actually Gabriel Monjane. And yeah middleton was most certainly not 9 ft 3. He was probably 7ft 9 at most. Giants have always have their heights exaggerated. Those folk lore giants who were supposedly 9 to 10 feet tall were most certainly only 6'10 to 7'8 in reality.

I think it's pretty safe to discount 'Harry Lawson'. If he was 9'2" then he did a pretty good Job of hiding himself away. In fact any unsubstantiated claims sholud be dismissed. Otherwise you might aswell throw in Goliath who was recorded in different translations of texts as being anything from 6'5" to 9'6". Circuses always claimed their Giants taller than they actually were, any actually measured were all much shorter than claimed. They human body just isn't meant to be that big.

@Mossphenom same goes for Stadnyk. I can't see him as any taller than Kenny George or Gheorghe Muresanand he uses short people to make himself look 8'4 because standing next to ppl of known height pretty much destroys his 8'4 claim.

3:27 actually Juncai's height has been confirmed on a Japanese show where he was featured along side with the former tallest man 7,9" Bao Xishun and even without measurement he was obviously much taller than Bao Xishun.
