So they ask you to use a stall when all of the recommended urinal's are taken. Does this answer your question? Also, a stadium will probably have more than 1 men's room.

I hate urinals that have the base that stick out really far because then you have to stand far back, or the small urinals that require you to stand way back. Using the urinal takes time to get comfortable with lol. And the toilet!!! man I hate when one dude backsup the other toilet and there is only one left to use. once I was in a tourist crowded place and the mens washroom had 2! toilets. The other guy backed up the first one and there was a huge lineup outside the one I was in.

If they would just build dividers between the goddamn urinals, the whole space issue wouldn't be nearly as much of a problem.

Many urinals are built so closely that you can actually see the junk of the dude who is standing right next to you in your peripheral, unless you keep your gaze perfectly forward. This is primarily why we refuse to stand at adjacent urinals--there is no privacy.
