Reminds me of the good old days in the late 80s and early 90s when we had the time to decide whether or not we would be going to the Glastonbury festival. We'd take a casual stroll down to Our Price records, pick up some tickets at £17.50 each & get to the festival on the wednesday where we'd have the place almost to ourselves for the day til the crowds started to arrive on the Friday and Saturday. The build up towards the weekend at a roomy Glastonbury festival is something I'll never ever 4get
@Mizznimpyfy Hi there :) Can you please tell your dad that this video is posted on the Facebook group called Planet Love... it's a group petitioning to change the name of Planet Earth to Planet Love :) and thank him for this really cool song, too :)
love 'em...this video reminds me of times i' ve spent recording music videos at night...still have a few videotapes from early 90s...loads of Inspirals, Belly, Lush, Happy Mondays, Stone Roses, Dylans, Lightning Seeds etc...
@lakesidepark2112 No way! I had that sampler too. It also had the Jesus & Mary Chain, Charlatans, Black Sheep...My bros and I bought quite a few albums based off it.
Always loved that song I came to discover while on a Midlands campus back in 92'. And yet another gem that missed the top of the charts big time. So I never had the chance to check the Dylans live and i guess I must be one of the very few french people to know about the band. At least I have both the single and album on CD...great covers too by the way. Very fresh ;-)
je suis français et je connais ce groupe, j'ai le cd, et aussi le 45tours, mais tu as raison sinon, ce groupe est totalement oublié je crois :( et pourtant cette chanson est terrible!
Hé oui, cruauté du destin qui trie les artistes qui resteront et les autres...but maybe it's better to burn out than fade away as promoted by Neil Young and later sadly approved by Kurt Cobain :-(
hier je disais à un pote que Kurt Cobain avait de super gouts musicaux (il aimait Os Mutantes ou the Outsiders) mais que finalement la plupart des gens qui écoutaient Nirvana ne se plongeaient pas vraiment dans cet aspect des choses
his songs, his voice, have a icy cold lemonade flavour,it seems to drink an icy lemonade in a hot summer,i very like the cover of the album with the orange planet.i introduced dylans to my sister my cousins and my family, too great to stay in the dark side of music!!!
Me and my mates used to love The Dylans and the album was played alot back in the early 90's and we saw them live at the marquee.Seeing this brings back some great memories,Great band
The bloke who did this video also did Suoxiee and the Banshee's stuff aswell.this is the same studio we used for a very early Godlike video that we did for channel 4's snub TV...does anybody remember that?
you have to be high to fully appreciate this

The early 90s was a great time for "alternative" music, before the term became archaic and then meant sullen guys in flannel shirts.
