  • @superjeff299 Gee, thanks for that.....

  • Mm, at the end of the clip you say to go to journeyman.tv to watch the rest of the program, but it's not listed? What's up with that?

  • Is it just me, or is this creepy? Like the "Teach your baby to read and write before they fluently understand english". I don't want my baby to swim!

  • Hi - the DVD can be purchased from littledippersfilms.co.uk -the film guides you through a series of exercises that can be followed over a course of 22 weeks teaching you water confidence and building life saving skills with your baby.

  • Are there waterbabies program in Australia?

  • Straight off the bat I want to say; "NO! What are you idiots doing! STOP IT!"

But you've got to be open-minded about these things and, really, what harm could it possibly do if you're there every step of the way?

  • I'm a water baby.. lol

  • I think it's healthier to allow babies to be comfortable in water than to do what many Americans seem to do: scream hysterically "not my baby! not my baby!" when the idea of bringing a baby anywhere near water comes up. How many adults drown each year because they never learned how to swim as children, because their parents didn't want them to learn how to swim? Water is NOT evil, people! What's evil is not allowing a child to learn how to swim, although I agree that this should never be forced.

  • STOP DROWNING BABIES?

    Stop! Drowning Babies!

    Stop Drowning, Babies...

  • I was a water baby!!!

  • The baby in the bathtub is like "Pssh, what is this. I'm having none of this."

  • すごい、僕は泳げないから、羨ましい。

  • All these babies are freaking adorable! (:

  • La Rouk... ?? Fuck you advertisments...HARD with hot burning coal!

  • My 3rd child at 1 she loved being held and moved about in the water at the indoor pool, but I wanted her to do swimming lessons, but because it was Winter, my man did not want her to do swimming lessons at the indoor pool incase the water was not warm enough, he did not want her to catch a cold, I just hope when she does go back to the indoor pool at 2 she would like it, as her Daddy bought a float suit that I hope to use for her in the pool.

  • Got to love the comments from over protective parents that run such a high chance of having their kids hurt themselves or even get killed when they finally do something on their own and have no idea how to survive. This is just teaching your kids to survive in a safe environment so they don't go into life hapless.

  • Good gracious, is that woman at 8:29 with the lil cutie baby totally naked for the camera??? sum women have no shame

  • @1Waddup you're very wrong: nakedness is completely natural, especially as a mother with a baby! just becuase you only associate shame and negative sexuality with nudity doesn't mean people who are more free about their bodies are evil. it's a wonderful thing to live with "no shame"!

  • @anija27 and u obviously have no shame, i bet u want to walk town naked, pls have sum decency woman, so ur daughter can learn from u, so she wont be harassed by perverts out there, cus mummy thinks its OK to expose ur nakedness.

shaking my head, and u are a mother right?

LORD KNOWS WHAT U TEACH THOSE INOCENT KIDS

  • @1Waddup Clothing never stopped rape. I know innocent kids who were attacked by "perverts". Are you saying it was their fault? That they deserved to be attacked because of something they did? Listen to me-people in North America wear clothing because of shame&negative sexuality (sex is "naughty"). This guilt itself produces sexual perversion. We should be comfortable with our bodies, instead of objectifying and harming others. In my country, nudity is normal & ppl are very healthy about sex.

  • @anija27 good gracious, this woman doesn't get it.if women cloth themselves properly, then there won't be a need for a guy to be tempted, i know there are criminals out there, that harm innocent ppl, but u will find out that, majority of the time, women who wants to entice men with their body, are the ones been preyed on.

If a woman doesnt take the wrong path on her way home and she is respectful to herself, then she wont be a victim.....

  • @anija27 but if she keeps flashing, then she becomes a target for perverts

pls teach ur lovely kids to be descent and set a gud example urself.

a good mother will do wateva she can to protect her kids.pls b a good mother

  • @1Waddup It's actually a lot better if you hold your baby against your skin, rather than the harsh fabric of clothing. Skin is a lot softer than any kind of material, and babies respond to that better. And God never intended us to wear clothing, or else he/she would have us born with a set of clothing. Just because you're scared of the world and think everyone wants to sexually attack everyone else, doesn't make you, or your ignorance right. Have a nice day, and try to grow up.

  • @1Waddup Also, who's going to put on a bathing suit in their own bathtub?

  • @xXBlackTeddyBearXx "And God never intended us to wear clothing, or else he/she would have us born with a set of clothing." Woman u are out of ur mind, u dont even believe in God, u want to guess if God is a he/she, u are out of ur mind, n u have nothing but a perverted mind, ur videos proves it, grow up and pls make sure u close ur legs!!!

  • @1Waddup I believe in God. I'm just not arrogant and assume it's a male. How would anyone know the gender(If there even is one) of God? Also, Tell me how a couple of bloody Mary videos of me when I was younger, and a self harm video, to inform the other ignorant people of the world that it's not any of their business to judge anyone whom they have not lived the life of, "Perverted". You're completely off topic anyways, If you really feel the need to comment negatively on a persons choice of...

  • @1Waddup Activities in their own personal home, where, I might add, does not harm you in anyway. If the video offends you, then don't watch it. If not, and you choose to gripe at others, then you should probably get some counseling for your low self esteem, and possibly enroll in an English class for that horrific grammar and spelling of yours. Get off your high and mighty horse and wake up. Not everyone wants to be like you.

  • @xXBlackTeddyBearXx are u a bitter woman? huh? talk about if i didnt like the video i shouldnt watch, well if u didnt like my comment, dont reply. Find something better to do woman

  • @1Waddup The video wasn't hurting anyone. You're comment was. :] Learn to find differences.

  • @xXBlackTeddyBearXx well getting naked is a perverted act infront of a camera, only ur husband NOT BOYFRIEND, is suppose to see ur nakedness. ppl have lost respect 4demselves, they will settle 4anything

  • @1Waddup She was naked infront of her baby, smart one.

  • @xXBlackTeddyBearXx qoman wats wrong with u? did u not watch the video and did u not read my comment, all u are caught up in is ur perverted mind

  • @1Waddup You're the one who wants to assume I have a perverted mind. Does that mean you want me too? So you don't feel like you're the only one who has a "Perverted mind"? I get it know. :] You're just lashing out at other people cause you're afraid of your thoughts and you want to blame other people. How sad. Well, enjoy the rest of your life in your fear! Also, Stop replying. You already lost this battle.

  • @xXBlackTeddyBearXx this woman is unbearable, r u really serious?

wat u think if u say its OK to be naked infron of the camera cus she was in the tub with her baby on her chest?

I wonder wat else u do, cus u have an extreme mind

  • @1Waddup That's great. Stop obsessing over me and the woman on the video. It's pretty creepy.

  • @xXBlackTeddyBearXx woman wat do u want, r u really serious? obssess over u?? and the woman in that video?? u cant be serious, do u need my attention to reply to u every second or wat??

  • @anija27 let me ask u, are u a muslim?

  • 02:52 they r THROWING the babies :(

  • i wish i can swim

  • poor babbys... I hate water and i am 24 years old...

  • @stacier333 That's Unfortunate for you - however these babies clearly love it.

  • the reason babies can do this is because of a muscle reflex in their throat that lets water pass harmlessly in to the babies stomach. Thats why if you look at the beginning of this baby you'll see some of the babies with their mouths open. but becareful babies usually only have this reflex until the reach ~6 months. so i wouldnt try to do this with a 1yr old or a toddler.

  • no good

  • Whats so amazing about this?! Someone please tell me!

  • how if the water comes in the ear?

  • how good to teach the baby in water but im afraid to teach my baby...

  • nirvana :)

  • let me put my fins on again

  • Good swimming babies, huh? do we know if the baby not drinking the water?

  • This is a beautiful thing... marvelous!

  • i cant imagine a non-experience parent will home-teach their new born water babies -.-

  • my cousin was a water baby it was the most beautiful birth no homo

  • Hmmm i don't think the idea is that bad... worth thinking..

  • dude...babies are in a sack of water before they get here...wtf u can tell they love it

  • It is very important that if the baby shows stress during these exercises that you STOP!

Not all babies can be water babies.

I was, but my brother screamed after being submerged. He has always hated water and swimming.

Never push your baby to do it.

  • @jeanie400 STFU.

  • @jeanie400 Dumb bitch children must experience stress. Quit sheltering children and growing a generation of pussies.

  • it's so sweet and educative!

  • What bizarre comments, unfortunately showcases the continued ignorance of so many people. Nothing is more natural to a baby than water...

  • Spoiled mommies......

  • i would be freaking the fuck out. i'm going to tell my girlfriend to never do this when my son comes in august.

  • good luck with the little one

  • thank u very much :)

  • Wow, I'm sad for your little one, sounds like you're ready to pass your own fears on down to your son...you really need to get educated.

  • lol, wait u mean afraid of water? na, u cnt eep me out of the water, lol. what i ment was at the age. i now it may be a natural thing. but i would be afraid of him drowning. at least in the deep of water. i would get him a kiddy pool. but thanx for the concern.

  • Anjeni is 11 months its winter now but she could start lessons in an indoor heated pool.

  • wtf

  • I second that...

    WTF

  • My mother and former stepfather did that with my sister Katie in grandparents' jacuzzi, and there were never any problems. Maybe that's why the narrator says no more than 30 minutes so the chlorine won't cause problems. Just a guess though.

  • Dang, makes ME want to be a mommy. I think it would be so cool if my best friend and I got married at the same time and had our babies at the same time. Then we could take our babies swimming together too! Oh, I'd love that.

  • Its not fake

  • how can they breath? they can die in like 5 secs

  • because they've been in a bag of fluid for 9 months, they have this thing in there throat while there up to 6 months, to help them stay under water longer x

  • Good idea, but if u fall in anything other than a bathtub or pool, there is no "side" to find. Also who leaves their babies alone in the tub? Good bonding thing though.

  • I think this is great, but what about the exposure to chlorine - burning their eyes and being absorbed into their skin? I guess I would like a more natural venue for this whatever that might be.

  • omg lol boys and tits.. -.- xD

  • At 6:08 those kids are fearless, they are so young and yet still are able to swim by themselves to the edge of the pool.Good job at teaching.

  • ok it s soo good

  • Dude WTF you talking about you psycho!

  • Thats great! im pregnant with my 2nd boy. My older boy loves water and swimming, and within the nxt couple of months im going to enrol both boys in swimming classes. My uncles kids wont go near water they freak out. Makes things so much easyier if they enjoy it

  • that was nice ...thanks ;)

  • oh yeah nvm

    and the rest too

  • Aww!

the very first part with the baby swimming is cute.

  • aww babies are so cute that is amzing becuse that is just so cool :P

  • water, amniotic fluid.. what is the diffrence

  • at 3:52 she Chucked that baby far lol..

  • LOL

  • they like throw the Kid into the water lol... .

  • Babies are born knowing how to hold their breath and swim. It is forgotten if they don't use it.

  • i know i learned this years ago. i was jokin. i have an A in child Dev. i know alot of stuff like if u gental rub the babys cheek the baby wil open its mouth and turn its face towards it..

  • Many adults have an fear of water, which is irrational. Remember our bodies are over 99% composed of water. This early training can only be positive.

  • It's 60~70% you flid!

  • Bullshit! Get your facts right. I'm a physician you moron so I think I know what I'm talking about.

  • lol 99%, were not jellyfishes.

''Water makes up between 45 and 75% of body weight, with the variability due primarily to differences in body fat. While most tissues including muscle, skin, and visceral organs are over 70% water, adipose tissue contains less than 10% water.''

    go check wiki

  • dude, check any other site or book and ull see its between 45 and 75%. dunno in what kind of school they teach u the body is made 99% of water o.O we can see how inteligent u are with your 'dumb shit' remarks

  • ye, i thought so ;D

  • That's very rude. Bigbelly didn't use any profanity. What a vulgar world we live in.

    Great video.

  • Perhaps you should watch(and LISTEN) to this video again. The babies are completely supervised, and as you can see, quite pleased to be in the water. To accuse these people of needing child welfare to get involved is sad and reactionary in the worst possible way.

  • poor baby`s

  • water safety and confidence is essential to most people, especially here in new zealand.

but i personally dont agree with holding babies head and not supporting the neck while rotating them around you. they looked to be going quite fast. how does this affect the spine??

and the 00:30 the baby submerged gives a shudder. what is with that. it looks so wrong.

  • wouldn't the baby be choking under water..? I dunno it seems so dangerous :S

  • not really..got this from google lol A baby cannot breathe underwater. In the womb they are breathing amniotic fluid, not water. They can still hold their breath underwater at birth for a limited time, unless the parents take them into water frequently after birth, or else they will lose this ability. But since they have to live on land, it's ok that they lose that ability.

  • I tried this w/ my baby and she loved it! thanks for posting!

  • We were living in Arizona when our son was born. Arizona has a high number of child deaths from drowning. My husband taught our son to swim at 3 months. At 6 months he was diving. Unlike his cousin, who was never taught to swim or water safety, who at age 4 almost drowned when he slipped off the pool steps. Excellent program - all kids should learn how to swim.

  • not sure how i fee about this video... i know it good for the babies to learn survival techniques in the water and stuff plus goos heath... i think its a bit dangerous... we were naturaly made for habitation on land. accident might occur and the whole throwing the baby in the water thing is quite dangerous...

  • Can't agree with that!

We were made to interact with our environment best we can. Learning to swim as a baby should be essential to every human being as well as learning to walk is. That way we cover dealing with land and with water with the same confidence.
