Can it play 720p videos on nice frame rates like 30 fps cos the nexus one can but if the n900 can n overclocked can than i will buy it 120%! PLS help guyz!

It is possible to overclock the n900. And 720p plays smooth.

looks good but i've got the 5800 and i'am happy with that =) i can everything - play Warcraft 2, watch live television, movies and serials via browser with last flash on its display with great resolution, play facebook Poker, listen to music with its amazing stereospeakers, record high resolution videos with great fps.... Steve Jobs with can kiss my ass now =P

To the mac comment people...the phone can synk all the lybrary via bluetooth...from your mac or your pc, no need for Itunes, besides, the Iphone and the Nokia are different phones...choose what you like and dont bad mouth the other choice.

I'm waiting for T-Mobile U.S to get this phone. Having to wait patiently for it kills me though. When I know its weeks away from arriving on there phone lineup from all the reports I've read,but when? My contract with T-Mobile ends next month and it pains me to see all these other carriers,( Verizon) are revamping there phone choices. But T-Mobile looking like the budget carrier of the big four. If you want good costumer service and cheap phones come sign up!

Bluntly said very small ammount of people actually use MMS. So other things were prioritized over MMS support. It might be coming later in a software update.

You're right, is hasn't any support for MMS but i don't care about it... it has perfekt support for SMS and internet messaging so MMS is equal ^^ and these many years i had mobilphones with mms support... i never used it

Nokia is multinational company with factories all around the world. If I remember correctly it was stated somewhere that N900 are manufactured in the Finnish, Hungarian and Korean facilities. Usually you get your phone from the closest factory.

At release only the Phone app supports vertical. Browser is getting vertical support in December through a software upgrade.

3rd party applications are free to use vertical if they deem it necessary.

You could ALWAYS look the problem on the internet.. which will not just save you time, but 99% of the time (if not 100%) you will find a solution for it or a work-around... And not having to worry about being on the phone with a person that has no idea what he/she is talking about.. which happens almost everytime..

I am wondering.. Is this the NAM version? And if it is.. Can you please tell me where it's made from? For some reason all the NAM version of Nokia phones are made everywhere (usually china) other than Finland.. But when I buy a middle-eastern version or a european version 99% of the time it's made in Finland.. That's the main reason why I buy the european version always.. I really want to know before I preorder one so if you (Nokia Conversations) can tell me I'll greatly appreciate it.. :)

Only if an 850/1900Mhz 3.5G band debuts THEN I'll get it. 1 manufacturer using Maemo 5 and only 1 carrier is VERY limiting for enticing developers beyond the open-source community. Fear not, Nokia should have another RX model soon enough for the rest of us.

I'm with you 100%. Pairing Nokia's smartphones w/ T-Mobile saves a lot more money for net access than using a subpar BlackBerry or iPhone w/ the mandatory PDA fees. I bought an N82 w/o 'carrier support'. It's not too hard to configure these devices.

Luv this phone can't wait for it to come out so I can see how much it cost here in Australia. The 3 things I wish Nokia dome with this phone are AMOLED display instead of LCD, Compactive so you won't have to punch the phone to select something lol and then maybe a higher Megapixel Cam say like a 8 instead of a 5 but I'm fine with a Chunky phone aslong as their is awesome battery life and sound quality. The CPU is awesome on this phone but I do wish this operated in the 850MHz 3G Spectrum
