He's saying that Georgie went WOOO about the whole kissing thing so they only used to go close but never really did it, and then once when she wasn't in the close up they did she really did go WOO! and the interviewer asks if it was her first kiss.. he says first SCREEN kiss, not in real life.. though she would want him to believe it was in real life as well!

Her flirting attitiude is partly for the show effect and partly maybe she really likes Ben, which proves that she has a very good tast. Its her credit that this interview is the funniest Ive ever seen of Ben.
