Layne knew where that would lead him. He was a beautiful &incredibly benevolent soul. So sensitive & disgusted with those full of hate. He used as a buffer from the evil of this world. His soul needed sweet release from so much suffering. We lost him,so that he could find peace.

Whoever said they was going to get a Delorean and go back to the 90s I am so in. Layne was a great singer and I wish we could have him back. I wish we could have a lot of great musicians back and a lot of great people who weren't famous back. Oh well May Layne RIP.

Wow, Layne looks about dead.. So pale and moves slowly. But he still had that amazing sound! This is ( i think ) the worlds greatest vocalist of all time. Think if he had been able to stay off around the time he wrote angry chair! We would be blessed with so many more great sounds!! Miss you Layne..

Jerry sang his heart out during the Tribute Song "Black Gives Way To Blue" in memory of his friend Layne last Friday night a the Key Arena in Seattle, it wan an amazing performance and the entire concert was recorded in 3D for an upcoming DVD that will be out sometime next year but you can check out my channel for live footage that I recorded.... That old shit is untouchable. Layne was flawless. I am very proud to say I got to see him with AIC on a few occasions. I miss him. The new AIC is just not the same, good effort though.

@ganesha4444 I must say, I completely agree with you. The old AIC and Layne were flawless. Unlike you though, I never got to see him live, so all I have are these videos. I never saw him live because I'm Irish, and I don't believe AIC ever played here, but the new AIC have played Ireland (last year). Not the same as Layne though...
