  • @gilangdaffy Hey man, noticed there wasnt a reply, so just gonna say, I personally do my chest and triceps one day, and my back and biceps together another day, because most exercises involving these muscles involves the other :)

  • their doin mulitple sets on each workout u jackass and thats four seperate workouts which is pretty much the maximum u should do for 1 body part....so thats a pretty damn good routine, and its good to see that its almost identical to mine exept the i use dumbells for the shoulder press and i rarely do shrugs but its aaaall gooood

  • It's a good routine but i use dumbbels to do military press, i also do shrugs and vertical barbell rows for traps, i think front deltoids are get hit much on chest day, especialy if you do hip presses or hip push ups... they are killer.

    pulling 600lbs, getting stronger....

  • The best part for me was the start of the video. Where you guys were sitting down doing the barbell shoulder press. That really prevents you from using your back muscles and helps you keep your shoulder muscles getting the best workout. The last exercise was also very good. I am going to try that exercise myself because my rear shoulder delts really need a lot of work because they are so hard to work. Keep up the good work.

  • @makspthetruth - when you dooing any pulling (rows pullups), get your elbows behind you as far as possible, and you'll hit the rear delts..

I have one question though, considering you both had shoulder problems before, are Side L-laterals really the best exercise to be doing for your side delts?   • I got a problem with the shoulders. I'm going to gym for about 4 months now. When I do my shoulder workout, all seems to be cool. Good reps and stuff. But the next day - I don't feel sour in shoulders. Next day I feel like nothing have happend. I've tried all kinds of excersices but the result's next day are the same. What the hell is wrong with me? I don't get it! I'm doing shoulders only one day in a week. Any advice?

  • @NubWithBalls Yea, dont be worried, your shoulders should never feel "sour" during any workout, if they do, you are doing something wrong.

  • @theek2008100 well not continuesly.after every cardio and rep i would had taken a little break..after a 30 min run il rest for likr 5 mins and every rep will be 1-3 mins..have the musice on your ears and time will just fly by like notthing..but its something you dont achive in one day..a road of a million miles starts with one step..you should see how they get down in the navy

  • @gasfacevictm Lol, answered a question with a question? He kept tension the entire time, no need to lock out. If you do watch TMW you know he has long arms. Extended his arms that far puts a lot of strain on his shoulders/joints.

  • @URBNSpice Excuses, excuses. Didn't go down far enough. Range of motion is poor at best. Ego got in the way of proper movement. Remove weight. Use full range of motion.

And what they say is valid for them but some people then take it to the extreme and say that's too much volume. Is only too much if u get burnt out or cause injury or can't recover!!

  • on the lateral raises, the closer you arms are to your body when you raise the weights to the side, the more traps you're working.....what you are doing is very similar to close grip upright rows but with dumbbells....

  • @tehBLAX you gotta make the final call on volume dude...a routine like this clearly works for them but it may not work for everybody....for example, my shoulder are quite stubborn when it comes to growth. I used to do like 12 sets for shoulders and got no results....now I do around 19-22 sets per workout..really beat it down and force it to grow(greg plitt style:D)
