@ ashandorath I disagree I'm a 17 year old pot smoker and iv taken some dumb risks while weed may have played some role in these risks but I think the main cause peer presure I was younger maybe 14 or15 and I hung out with the wrong croud cause they got da good weed and they got me started on all kinds of shit pain pills cough & cold even after we wernt friends I still did it an 6 mounths later I od on ccc's

While this vid does bring up some important facts, sometimes you have to wonder if it's really a correlation instead of a causation.

e.g. teens who smoke tend to take bigger risks. If they didn't take bigger risks in the first place, chances are they wouldn't be smoking.

or the failing in school. If I look back at my school days, the guys who smoked were worse at school than the others, and it wouldn't have made a difference if they didn't smoke.

All my family members who once smoked weed have said to me that once they've quit they've realized how negativly it was affecting their lives. And it affects them just as much when their not on a high... Well obviously not in the same way but it ruined their daily lives.

you don't HAVE to be lazy on weed.....it's just REAL easy to be lazy while smokin weed,lol. from a long time smoker.....kid's it WILL make you parinoid and have panic attacks that feel like heart attacks later in life if you continue. they go away when you quit though, which i can't seem to do without help

Actually, the effects are roughly the same for the developing brain. A developing brain has not yet established all of its neural pathways. When someone with a developing brain becomes intoxicated, neural pathways form in a random pattern instead of in a guided manner. Once these random pathways are formed, they can never be counteracted, considering gray matter cells only divide every 60 years or so... so sorry to say... you=wrong
