@derzitronendieb It's at the top of the castle. You have to beat Bowser twice, and once you get all the keys, just keep following the stairs.

xD I remember when my friend and eyes used to threaten wild pokemon (and sometimes the actual cartridge) with psysical harm when we couldn't catch a pokemon. Guess what? We caught it the next time we through a ball.
