And not just manufacturing jobs. Indeed IT jobs are going overseas and it's trickling upward. One day they'll figure out they can save millions on outsourcing CEOs. Then the process will be complete.
My point is that middleclass is not America only, but needs to spread to all nations. So chinese buy what chinese make and americans buy what americans make.
The reason we had a thriving middleclass was because we protected our markets from cheap third world labor. Labor Unions have been villianized to the point their leadership has sold out to the globalization crowd. We have outsourced 40,000 manufacturing facilities, 1 in 5 americans are unemployed, we have a trillion dollar trade deficit. The middleclass can not exist another 5 years. The forces of globalization has bought Washington.
