For the record, I can sing this from memory. I can also do "Wakko's America," and the Amimaniacs presidential mnemonic. And Tom Lehrer's element song.  The trick is to use a lyric video, or find the words, and read/sing them while listening. Then you're learning it three ways: hearing, seeing, and speaking. Seriously, it works.

The reason Rob "Yakko" Paulsen didn't include Wales & all the other countries within the UK is 'cause within the diplomic community (i.e. regarding global affairs) it is mostly England that is recognized as the cheif place in the UK & 'cause the song was made before most of the countries split (ex: before Yugoslavia split).
