  • If you listen closely enough, you can hear the violins playing.

  • Why was he imprisoned??

  • Why is there so much injustice in the world...greedy Americans!

  • U.S citizens don't even know what the hell their government is doing. I'm sure they closed Guantanamo.Catch my sarcasm? I wonder how many other secret torture/death prisons they have all around the world.... Obama sure is changing things for the better......*Slits wrists*

  • 7 years in prison being tortured. What were the charges?

  • lawyers are the problem

there are too many..and they are all greedy bastards,,need to feed the machine of the US corperation of government

  • lawyers are the problem

  • "Jews are suspicious" "No their not. Where's the evidence?" "Right there!" "No its not. Your a crazy extremist!" "No, i am just suspicious of Jews." "Exactly! That proves your crazy" "I'm not crazy. You are." "No i'm not. You have no solid evidence to prove that i'm crazy." "You have no solid evidence to prove that I AM crazy!" "Can you prove that I have no solid evidence? No you can't." "So you have solid evidence that i'm a crazy extremist because i cannot prove that you don't have it?" "Duh!"
  • Freedom always start to fade over the course of time.

  • It was not the US government that is at fault here, no one is ,....it was Allah testing his faith..get over it..

  • @dangermous1968 I guess he is not faithful then since he is trying to get revenge

  • @communismkills1 Yeah, Guantanamo taught him that Allah doesn't exist.

  • @EdM021 No Guantanoma has most probably made him stronger...think about it he was a kid when the american monkeys took him in...and I think he knows Allah exists because he wouldnt have got through it...this news thing is a hype....just like all the media these days!

  • @giro07 I don't know about that. He tried to suicide several times. I don't think Islam approves of suiciding, except for the radical clerics who say it's okay so long as you take a bunch of "infidels" out while you're at it.

And egregiously gross human rights voilations are never hype!

  • @communismkills1 that's what it sounds like to me

  • Well what do you think he wants after being tortured for 7 years?!

  • Who's going to force the US government to pay if he does win ? They are the enforcers.

  • Comment removed

  • "war on terror" lol

    "war to create terror"

  • Just let them all go Obama, then get ready for more lawsuits.

Hell who cares anyway, Why don't we all give them a bail out courtesey of American Tax Payers to fight the government

  • Yeah a better idea would be to keep anyone who there's no evidence against imprisoned forever to avoid legal comeback.

I hope you get locked up by some brutal foreign govenment with no repect for due process.

  • What, killing our soliders is not good enough for you?

Why don't you go over to Iraq or Afganistan and see how long you last.

  • So there's evidence that every detainee in gitmo has killed soldiers is there?

  • What, do you think they were operating a illegal lemonade stand?

Look it up on Google yourself......Clown

    Your ignorance is amusing me.

  • OK I googled it, couldn't find anything that says he's killed American soldiers.

"He does not face any accusations of terrorism."

"Jawad insists that he had been hired to help remove landmines from the wartorn region, and that a colleague had thrown the grenade."

"Eventually, the tribunal judge ruled that Jawad's alleged confession to throwing a grenade was inadmissible since it had been obtained through coercion after Afghan authorities beat him and threatened to kill his family."

  • @bishopm5 you are the ignorant one bud. the us gov. spends many billions to fool as many of the sheep as possable! AND YOU HAVE TAKEN IT HOOK LINE @ SINKER! CHECK OUT GEORGE GALLOWAY FOR THE TRUTH! not our Media - its controlled by the KILLERS!!!

  • @bollo3000 THEY HAVE

  • CUBA IS A CIA FRONT

    MURDERS

  • The most amazing aspect of these theatres of war is that there are so many people out there that actually beleive they are justified. On the basis of corrupt media and governments who operate under the influence of corporations and the usurers, the mosy hyenous crimes are committed against ordinary innocent people.

Ultimately these wars are being fought for IsRaEl, the chosen seat for the NWO government. Look at what is occuring there & contemplate what will come your way if you do nothing

  • I certainly have zero respect for Captain Chris Kannady representing this person against his own country. I am sure his client was not taken into custody for picking flowers.

b/t/w How are prisoners treated in Russia? Do Russians not consider Americans as friends?

  • ScarlettKnights,

"I certainly have zero respect for Captain Chris Kannady representing this person against his own country"

I wonder if you would feel the same way if the US govt or Police did something against you or your family, would you feel the same way? Should this man who lost 7 years of his life because of a suspicion just suck it up? I was in the military for 17 years and have stories that would make your head turn OR maybe not...If it does'nt affect you, it may not matter.

  • Johnsde1:

Most of the male members of my family are or have been military so I certainly respect and support our military, but not this guy. Why do you assume the worst in regard to our own and the best of this former prisoner?

  • By the admission of our government and military, most detainees were swept up on very poor and unreliable information. Often it was a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Is being treated fairly only an American benefit? Americans have more respect in the world when we treat all people fairly. Remember the Golden Rule?

Let's not assume anything. Let's find out the facts. If misdeeds were done by our country, Captain Kannady is doing us a favor by exposing them.

  • doverlin:

I've heard no such admission. If most of the detainees are such sweet hearts then why is it that no country will take most of them. Make broad brush negative statements in regard to our military is very disrespectful on your part.

Do you know anyone who as worked at with the detainees? Do you know how much abuse our soldiers have taken from them? Do you know that when the camp opened the detainees had better living quarters than the soldiers?

  • You must be reading only what conforms to your sensibilities.

"It did not matter if a detainee were innocent. Indeed, because he lived in Afghanistan and was captured on or near the battle area, he must know something ..." San Francisco Chronicle

"A former Bush administration official says many Guantanamo detainees are innocent, and have been held only because US officials hoped they would know ..." USA Today

  • doverlin:

Any more liberal, unbalanced sources you would care to quote? Instead of answering my questions you just copy and paste article that suit your "sensibilities." Can't take the heat, rely upon the Bush haters.

  • How can I discuss anything with you when you dismiss facts? Ok, you don't like my sources so Google 'detainees innocent'. You are certain to find one to your liking.

If you won't concede a fact to me then other conjectures are meaningless.

My dad is a retired from the USMC. My son is a US Marine. I honor our military men. However, non-military men decided to toss out the Army field manual on POWs and interrogation techniques. Top government officials are guilty of War Crimes. IMHO

  • 1) They are enemy combatants

    2) They are not covered as POW's under the Geneva Convention

    3) When you make statements like this you put all of our military in harms way

    4) So I'm guessing you don't know anyone who worked at Guantanamo Bay?

  • 1. 'Enemy combatants' is a euphemistic term that means "I can do whatever the hell I want with you including torture and death and the Geneva convention doesn't mean squat."

    2. Who says they are not covered? Some Bush lawyer wrote this idea down on paper. Is that all it takes, a decree by one man to undo history?

    3. That's the same argument Obama uses not to investigate torture. The harm has been done by the act of torture.

    4. No. Does this mean all detainees are guilty as charged?

  • ScarlettKnights,

This is because not only am i a vet but also a "minority" vet. If you know your history, just because the Dominant Narritive says its so, DOES NOT mean that it is so. If you have ever been in the position of fighting for your rights or had them suppressed or oppressed, well..you are especially sensitive to the plights of others. They took 7 years from this guy & he was innocent. Perhaps the lawyer has a conscience. There are Geneva Convention laws in place for a reason.

  • nobody can sue the US government and win. its all about the Benjamin

  • its like suing god

  • ambiquous situation. he was a child when captured. so, what did he do to be captured? and why would US take a teen for soldier? many questions, no answers.

  • Good luck suing us. As the old saying goes, "You can't get blood from a turnip." LOL

  • lmao youre a fucking moron.

  • Learn some grammar and punctuation.

  • suck a black dick what don't you get i go to a fucking ivy league school so i am pretty sure grammar has nothing to do with it deuche-bag the point is anyone who doesn't support America, especially those who live in it, should go fucking hang themselves instead of suing the government or running a fucking plane into the World Trade Centers so suck on that

  • LOL. You represent an ivy league school? It is all starting to make sense now.

Love your country but ALWAYS question your government. The government is composed of men and women who are fallible. The government is not sacrosanct. Take a class on the founding of this country Mr. ivy league. The Brits wanted to hang Americans who questioned authority then too.

I support our country, not a corrupt government which are distinctly different ideas.

  • Great response doverlin! I get so tired of stooopid people who don't know their own histories of their OWN countries. You can love your country but be wary of govt. Now if some of these flag waving fools with no thoughts of their own, would get a clue.

  • I don't think that the government is corrupt in modern times Mr. Revolutionary war comparison. Sure there are going to be some levels which are corrupt but the last time I checked the King of England isn't trying to turn us into a monarchy anymore so put down your musket and chill

  • I think our government is horribly corrupt but that isn't the point. You do not get to decide what I think or if I may question my government.

Again, love your country but be wary of your government. Wanting to cause death to those that do question authority is tyrannical in nature and your original comment exemplified that notion.

Oh wait, you're an ivy league student so your thoughts must be superior to the rest of us. Please forgive my insolence.

  • Lets see you continue to prove my original point. There is a difference of what you and I think compared to scumbags who continue to threaten and attack our country. I agree that everyone has their own opinion, but those who actually attempt to end this government should be killed regardless

  • Who wants to end this government? Did I ever say that?

I want to restore this government back to the rule of law and not the rule of men. In our country's history, under the rule of law, attempting to bring about change by the discussion of ideas was considered very patriotic. Lately it has become either you're with us or against us, as though those in power today are omnipotent and questioning is unpatriotic.

  • First of all the dumb ass suing the government and people like him are the ones trying to end the government and I disagree i think even to this day there are political debates constantly and most peoples viewpoints are represented in this democracy. Obviously the days of John Adams arguing with the members of congress is going to change over the years.

  • Good grief.

  • Ok Charlie Brown what's the matter you ain't got shit on me do you? My insight is like that of the great Socrates and if this were a Halo 3 Match i would surely be tea bagging the shit out of you right now.

  • In your mind I'm certain you are god like in your wit, wisdom and veracity. Bring up a new idea that I haven't already shown to be ludicrous and perhaps I'll get back to you.

  • Your original point was:

"is anyone who doesn't support America, especially those who live in it, should go fucking hang themselves instead of suing the government "

Which means if they don't agree with you on how to support America, they should die.

  • Supporting America would mean the overall benefit of the country, of course people are going to disagree on certain issues but that is their right. I am referring to assholes that come to this country or came back in the day and mock and ridicule Americans in general but in reality they are all jealous of how Bad ass this country is

  • @daverecor: America was never intended to be an aggressor nation. The NWO crowd has wrongfully used America's grace for their own benefit. Ask yourself this, "who benefits from any war?". It certainly hasn't been your average American who is left strapped bearing the costs of it, both by monetary and blood. Just as with your average household, install a good defense from intruders (burglar alarm), but don't go about the neighborhood assaulting other households.

  • @daverecor yeeee right you got it all right genius. Is that what your patriotic dad told you? Do a favor to the world and run into a wall republican.

  • @doverlin: Very well said! If we can no longer question our public servants, we are no better off than a despotic regime. I will not surrender my 1st Amendment RIGHT for any contrived reason. And I insist that my governments, both central and local, abide by the Constitution, even though they despise this foundational document for limiting their authority.

  • I guess the "ivy league school" you attend hasn't taught you much. Funny, I always had that nagging thought that only those who could mindlessly regurgitate information the best was admitted to an ivy league school as opposed to only the truly intelligent. I guess that thought was absolutely right, since you represent an ivy league school and begin your debates with "suck a black dick".

  • I know what a dumbass right?! lol

  • Someone should tell him that going to middle school does not count as an ivy....

  • On spot.

  • What does sucking a black dick have to do with anything? Ive got a question for ya what did you get on your SATs because if you say lower than 1400 you can suck a black too and stay the fuck out of the conversation faggot

  • I really don't know what "sucking a black dick" has to do with anything, either. You were the one who begun a political argument with this statement. If the only way for you to prove that you are superior to me is to ask me what I scored on my SATs then, you sir, are clearly an imbecile. Very intellectually mature of you, trying to compare standardized test scores! If you must know, I scored much higher than a 1400. Its all about knowing how to regurgitate info, something you know all too well!

  • Let's learn how to spell douche... smart boy.

  • considering i am not one why the fuck would i need to know how to spell it you cum sucking freak

  • Stop speaking you dumb redneck. You're an embarrassment to real Americans, and the human race in general.

  • Make us proud, Kannady! Put those legal brains to work. Drag the reichadistration anarchists from their holes.

Nihilism rises like the tidal wave in the United States. Give us what we need to show the world that the US is a nation governed by laws after all!

    God bless, you, Christopher Kannady.

  • You remember the two dumb yankee whores who were arrested in N Korea? Remember the publicity about their arrest, and their release?

Yet when AMERICA arrests completely innocent people, they are mistreated in torture camps for years on end.

  • Damn Right dumb bitches deserve that treatment. The Chinese guards who even they armed and with comrades stationed across the border dare not break N.K. rules did not cross.

  • USA is corrupt. Close GITMO! Close all secret CIA prisons in eastern europe!

  • Yankees are brutal animal thugs. He should sue Rumsfeld directly and we should see Rumsfeld HANGED for this.

  • USA will PAY for this!

  • Who in the the USA? the citizens who are being abused just like poor fellow. People around the world now hate America because of the 500 people who run our country. I wish the people of the world could see attacking America will only hurt the people who are trying to get rid of all this crap. The American people are sick of our government and will soon put them ALL in prison!

  • I am sorry, but i don´t feel north americans as the saviors of the world anymore.

  • @trowoh north americas never been the saviours of the world, weve been the elites pawns to carry out their globalization agenda. From war, to cia brainwashed kids. I guess the elite keep the structure and missions in place, but at the end of the day "evils in the hearts of men". Theres an albert einstein commerical that says "evil only exists when god is not present in mans heart".

  • @trowoh i live i canada so i feel like i'm the forgoten country

  • @trowoh we dont run this country. bankers run the world. Look up the history of central banking. Then you will understand why and what is occurring in the middle east.

  • He was under 18 when he was at Gitmo?

Must have been a dreadful experience, poor guy.

He should get a 20 million settlement.

  • no, they are "fair and balanced"

    lol...

  • Oh shit, seriously, why cant they do report on drug testing in schools, because Russian youth is addicted, or why dont they report on that dam that collapsed in siberia. Only showing america in the bad light.

  • Dont yo know USA supports child killers while screaming freedom? Look at the governments in exile of Russia and China. They all live in America. Turks who kill Children and Chechens who kill Children. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

  • Do you know that in USA it's expected for senator/house member to be payed by someone(lobbyist) who has personal interests?

  • Like Urmm dahhh... your zionist masters. Sheeple really most of you. Its been well documented spat, chewed up and then regurgitated again and again these exiled governments who support US interests in our homelands.

  • wat?

  • Yes I do, I live here unfortunatley.

  • you get fingers down but I think these people have been brainwashed. I'm not saying the US is an angel because I know that they're not, but the extent to which these people have been brainwashed is unbelievable. Putin is in the Mafia (just like Bush). Did they report that weapons boat that left Russia (probably to African Guerrillas?).
