@MrAlphacenturi This was me wondering if i could do this stuff. I always thought i could, but hadn't.....
This is one I am very fond of even if it isn't everyones cup of tea... I personally think my early stuff is better. The time before I became an 'Artist' lol
@ELGROOVER Glad you liked it. It's one of my best It'sgreatbut theydon'tgetit Vids. I really like it, but it failed at the box-office. You have great taste EL G :)
to Toracube ~ :-) hehehe...@ "...the box-office". You know wh@ the box-orifice is full of.....zzz. I prefer the gre@ flavour of 'T', 'nacho... cuz i iz ELY G. init! izit cuz i iz infra-red!? Old Columbans know how to roll it man ;-j
amen! .highly enjoyed--from title to ending thot -I'm image driven, and your keyboard artistry is a really lovely compliment to these artfully interwoven pics....bravo!LaurieLee
Thanks for watching. I have only started to play the keyboard. So I am still learning. I like putting different images underneath,( hopefully not too obvious stuff so people can think a bit). So glad you liked it. Fantastic!!
I always enjoy your videos Andy . I love the Illustrated Man ...Rod Steiger was a really good , moody actor . Allsorts of other great stuff there , too . !!!
The Illustrated Man. I always found Rod to be interesting. Taylor is one of the great actresses, very underrated. Blue eyes was a natural on screen. I have only been playing a week. There are a few things I would change, but I am learning. Glad you liked the vid. My 12 year old niece thinks they are weird. lol Great comments, Erick. I really appreciate them. !!! Hope to do a few more.
What Rod Steiger film is that from? LOL, 80s Earth Wind & Fire? Terry-Thomas, I love him. Elisabeth Taylor, which film? Stella Stevens in a barrel(-: Ahhhhh yes Brief Encounter, it`s one of my very favorite films of all time. The magnificent Peter Lorre and Vincent Price. Who`s the barytone saxophonist? Ol` blue eyes. Lauren Bacall in To Have and Have Not? This is just amazing, you are an artist Andy.
Hi Andy. I find your piano work and your fantastic creativity with imagery to be exeptional. Giulietta Masina is great, I love her in La Strada and Nights of Cabiria. Your mother looks so nice. Is that Tubby Hayes on the right on one photo? Marcello Mastroianni, he`s the best.
It is Tubby Hayes. Good spot. think you are the only guy out there who can pick out who these characters are. We seem to like the same stuff. All these films touched me in some way. there is a great shot of F F Coppola directing a scene. I am a big Fellini fan. There was I time when I hated his stuff, as with Ken Russell but now I love their work.
Yes I`m a huge Tubby Hayes fan, he was a virtuoso British sax player. I`ve got a live recording of him where he plays a difficult song in up tempo with the most incredible solo you can imagine. Sadly he died much too young.
Bravo Andy continue! Liked the mood of the music very much , finding its way, almost coming to a stop then starting again, dreamy, meditative. + an origignal montage of great pictures of course. Great to see you experimenting new things each time...
Thanks Francine. I am trying things out here. Taking a few chances. Some work better than others. But it all seems to be coming together. Thanks for watching, Really glad that you liked it! Andy
Hi Annie. Can't reveal my sources. lol. I get the pics from all over the place. I like things to be a little bit odd, like my music and me. Glad you liked it!! It's my first ever piano composition. I only got a keyboard last week.
This has a feeling of solitude, conjuring up rainy landscapes, moody seascapes, haphazard drops of water travelling a pane of glass. Contempl@tion of a lull, not before or after a storm but a lull within a storm. It's an enjoyable introspective piece. The vid images disturbed me out of my reverie to consider which is the illusion, the seper@ness or unity of human beings? It's either either or neither or both. Schrödinger's c@s' triplets!!! Verschränkung!!! Girls just wanna have fun init ☺
I agree with that guy! Thanks James for that deep and analytical summery of the objectives set when composing the piece. Objectives amply met as you have observed, my bearded friend. Hit and miss, often the case with these things. Somehow I came up heads!!! Ever onward... :))
Andy, I'm sorry, but I don't quite like your videoworks and this one in particular. They bring something pressure to bear upon me (This one does a bit less). Point me where there are flaws in your pics, will you?
Fair enough. I don't expect everyone to like them. I hope they don't stress you out, though. As for the pics. They are what they are. Not to be taken too seriously. I think my main flaws may be musical. lol Thanks for your honesty. Andy
Amazing piece Andy. Interesting, almost contemplative feeling in it...Definately worth waiting for!! And loved the last centence about our flaws..so true!! Thank you 5*****
