Yeah, the part that's heavy with accordion is the USAF Band. The last ten or fifteen seconds, where there's no instruments and a man singing, it's Rabbi N.Z.M. Abulafia. I'll post links to the mp3s in the description field above. And the song is "Misirlou", the one by Dick Dale that's usually associated with Pulp Fiction.
