I only wish I had the power supplies to fully test it for data to make the next planned biuld stage of this kind of cell as I have only tested it to 35% of its full potentual.
Much can still be learned about it if I had a little cash but the hole worlds broke at this time me to.
hium i have two questions, how many tubes have you used for this cell? Because i have noticed that both ends of the S.S tubing ends up at the top of the lid but at the bottom of the HHO cell i see that u pointed out another piece of tubing that u have clamped/welded, where does that peice come in?
how many stainless steel tubes did you use for that cell because i have noticed that both ends of the tubing end up at the lid but then at the bottom part of the cell there is another part of the tubing that yall have welded, where does that come in?
Just a quick question: I've heard that heating up stainless steel (ie: welding the end of it to isolate the copper core), can have an adverse effect on the reaction process creating the hydrogen; or was this design efficient enough that this was not really a consideration?
I do understand that heating/weilding may change the SS structure as its made from a drawing out procsess and this will give it a kind of grain structure that can effect currant flow and HHO production and also any magnetic flux effect. But the weilding was very isolated just to the area needed at the very ends.
But you have raised a very valed piont weilding SS in some ways on some designs may reduce the end effiect and HHO out put
SO OUR HEAT PROBLEM HERE IS ELIMINATED BRO? IF SO, THATZ A TRUE COOOOLLLL CELL... I LL TRY TO MAKE ONE.... I LOVE IT.... OH YE, pls check my G cell or SHIGETA cell its cool too.........
Hello Thanks for sharing your work I have watched your vids.
The cell I made has hollow copper tube that the cell can be run at high rates of production.
This means a cell that already runs very cool if applied to a car could be made smaller vertion of a more efficent shape and run at much higher outputs without the over heating problems most cells have.
Also there is an extra effect of a magnetic kind due to the copper inside this also leads to more out if made right.
Well not all the heat but this build seems to not heat up half as much when compaired to one the same without copper.
Also the cell in this vid has not been tested at its limits or at the right currant or volts that I intend to use on it due to its robust size it should handle 2-3 times what it did in the vid.
And I slapped my self in the head when I came up with it as its an easy idea that works well in the end,
And I encourage others working on this kind of cell to have a go at this disign.
I will offer up any information as required as I have done more work on this since this video was done and the cell is still holding up well under all test sofar.
Nice design. I suggest you use a much smaller diameter stainless steel tube and solid copper wire. You need to get the coils alot closer. 3mm apart is ideal.
And yes I believe you to be correct I have not had the right power supplies to test this cell to the voltage and amps I think that it would work best at for its size.
And much smaller Dia and closer coils would work much better running a 12-48 Volt set up.
The cell in the vid had a quick go on 240 V AC low currant draw yes I was drinking that night but still ran loop warm after 10mins but what I would like to do is smaller coils if I could affort to but not at this time.
The SS pipe is hollow but weilded closed at one end the copper pipe runs all the way throw it and acts as a conductor the gas forms on the out side of the SS coil. One coil hydrogen the other oxegen.
The SS and the copper are in direct contact the copper is only there to carry current so it only has to travel throw a thin wall of SS thus lowering resistance and heat making it much more efficent than SS alone.
It worked better and runs cooler than I hopped for and I encourage others to try it.
you can use aquadag inbetween the copper and the stainless and use a plasma discharge you can also fill the tube with argon and iodine and seal it under vacum for higher plasma discharge. Glad your purseing this stuff email me at home I'll give you the final plans on the cores hhoguru
No but when testing did comparative gas volume testing against same cell without copper. Also compartive heat test was also done. All testing was done on a borrowed power supply.
I'am prepairing to do lt per min test very soon will shair when done.
I belive the next cell of the same material but of a different shape will yeild more than the one in this vid.

Hello only two SS tubes were use both start at the top and end at the bottom and only the ends at the bottom of the cell are welded.

What the LPM production???
alissondjean 5 months ago
Sorry no LMP as can't run it at it's full potentual as I don't have the powers supply I need.

@AVAMagneticlev my cells have no heat issues. I do have other problems though.
Have you done a duration test yet? The cathode will wear thin!
My design is similar to this one. And as you say at a much smaller scale.
Oh also, it's not called "browns gas" for nothing
Thanks.

Also the copper tubbing can have an extra cooling systerm added if ever needed.

what kind of efficiency do you get from this?
HHOButterSkate 1 year ago
Hello was only tested against a cell made the same but without the copper core.
It out preformed the non copper core one every time.
I also did a battery run down time test and the copper core did very well.
Also aways runs much cooler in all tests and conditions sofare.

how the hho gas get out the middle between SS pipe and copper one? Is there any hole for that? How do you prevent short-circuit between both pipes?
nice video

Sorry I took so long have tested and took 2:45 to make 1 liter of gas.
The cell was disigned to run on more volts and less amps.
When I have a new power unit or get more batterys will test again on 24v and 36v with comparable amps to last test
eg 24V 9amps.
Thanks for show interest.

At the end of the day this basic exp was only to see if using copper cores could lower resistance and heat and it did
Its only basic SCIENCE no tricks and no clames of free energy.
