Hi Kiki... Thank you sharing the video of Udhyana Bandha with us. I am a youtube fan of all your videos. Unfortunately, I could not understand how to do the last part of which is "10 pulses, 10 breaths". I would be grateful if you could explain how to pulse (upwards or inwards -- after inhaling or exhaling ) and how many times we need to repeat these movements in a row. Cheers. inhale/exhale - hold the breath out - pulse 10 times. Inhale/exhale hold the breath out- pulse 10 times. all together, 10 repetitions. The pulse if sucked deep INSIDE to the low belly, wishing a 2012 of health and happiness...any more questions or clarifications, please ask, Kiki
