  • wow that music on the startup screen, that is the music of childhood, a long lost age that we now crave to return to

  • i can get one for 1.200 euros should i do it?

  • @ScavengerGTX I sold mine for about £300 I think two years ago now, that was a good price then, I dont know if the prices have gone up since. If it's a NTSC machine it is generally worth a lot more. 1200 Euros sounds a lot but if you have the money and you are desperate to own one then go for it, alternatively keep an eye on ebay for a coule of months to see what turns up.

  • @tuberic Alright Thanks

  • I have one of these, browse eBay time to time they do appear. Have put all my favourite games on. I've succumbed to the retro bug badly

  • Have one too. But i never can figure out how to make it go unlimited time. Is there no method for that?

  • <<<envious, genuinely envious.

  • Tell me how much you want for it, I got the money.

  • Do want.

  • ''The Nintendo M82 was a demonstration unit for the Nintendo Entertainment System to allow customers to try games in-store before purchasing them. The full title on the machine was the M82 Game Selectable Working Product Display. The machine was different from the more arcade orientated PlayChoice.''

  • ''The M82 could hold 12 games, with the games selectable by the user by pressing a button next to the desired game on the front of the unit. The play time on the unit could be set by the store; this could be 30 seconds, 3 minutes, 6 minutes or 128 minutes.

Nintendo also developed other in-store demonstration units, however the M82 seems to be the common variety of these Nintendo systems.''

  • Very cool! I've never seen one in person. haha, I should get one, I'm always in the middle of 8 or 10 games anyway.
