Blackbeard's not a Shichibukai any more, Mihawk doesn't really dislike him, Moria's not a Shichibukai anymore, Jinbei neither dislikes Luffy nor is a Shichibukai any more, Hancock wants to marry him, Kuma's a robot and so has no emotions and Doflamingo's just batshit insane, but doesn't appear to bear any particular grudge. If you think about it, the Strawhats have really fucked up the whole Shichibukai system
