  • Good videos! My Manager's ServSafe Certification Exam is tomorrow so I need to study and make sure I pass it!

    Just a to note a few things in the video: The man who demonstrated hand washing touched the handle after or before drying his hands. Since the handle can carry pathogens, do not do that. Instead, turn the handle with the paper towel.

    Secondly, the guy in the video said the 3 compartment sinks must be 100 degrees. That is false. The first is 110 and the rest are 100. Thanks! :D
