there really is a way to drill square holes using a triangle the triangle has the strange propety of when it's spinning that it creates a square pattern and then if you add another drill bit to the triangle you can make a square hole.
Do a search for "How to Drill a Square Hole" on YT. That guy shows how its done. The hole on this video has very little radius to no radius on the corners. He shows the drilling from a distance and the only close-up is of the finished hole, so I cal BS. To me, this was done by hobbing a round hole square or just milling it our/

Looks like the tricks in the chuck as it's allowed to ride off center, allowing the end mill or maby this one is actually a router bit I can't tell, to ride flush against the square steel guide, by following the square jig/guide via the offcenter eccentrick chuck is what looks to make this all work? its a specialized tool. It uses riemiann triangles to rotate around and make the square. wiki it if you want.
