thank you so much! my mom thought the white stuff was Dandruff lol and i thought spraying water at them was like punishing because of cats and all, but it seems your birds love it!! i bathe my birds by cleaning the sink and filling the sink up with nice warm water( a little bit over foot level of my 'tiel) then i get johnson shampoo and was him with it, wrap him in a towel , then blow dry him on low with care. LOL he is very pampered. But we had tryed to let him bathe himself but he wont :(
i have 2 cockateils one is female orther male i got my male 5 days ago but thay both get on good with each orther and both or tame to my female is 9 months old now is she older enough to lay eggs do u know
Hello i have a cockatiel which is around 6 months old. My problem is that it refuses to eat vegetables. It only eats pellets and seeds. please help i really care for her health..
If your cockatiels don't like bathing then use a spray bottle. If they don't like the bottle then it's probably a sound they're scared of. Try spraying it at a distance to introduce the sound. It may sound silly but if you spray yourself it might convince them that they shouldn't be scared of it :) Hope this helps
